Breath Work

Any form of breathing exercise or method is referred to as breathwork. They are often practiced by people to enhance their mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. You purposefully alter your breathing rhythm when practicing breathwork. Breathwork treatment comes in a variety of forms, but they all require intentional organized breathing.
